See how we are with the wordplay. We coulda been contenders. Hmm.
Rocktober was a resounding success. Many people walked away with drinks, ON US, for living through “Blind-Drunk-Coreyoke”; singing a tune with no words on the screen. Of course, there was a car wreck or three, but we just don’t care, because
a) we are tone deaf
b) we just want people to have a good time
c) all of the above
The great thing that came out of this was our Parole Officer, Morgana, is now our Emcee. She’s signing you up and organizing who sings when and how and all of the logistics that our insane pirate of a soundman, Corky, was trying to do whilst running sound. So, he was probably rude to you if you ever signed up with him. Who can blame him? Don’t answer that.
